Long Shadow
The Trinity team is super excited to announce another build in Hunters Creek Village coming to completion. Working with this customer to build their dream has been a true pleasure. This home on Long Shadow Ln. is located a couple blocks off of Voss Road near Second Baptist Church. It hosts a transitional style with many custom aesthetic features throughout.
The lot had plenty of space to accommodate a large home and give plenty of room for backyard space. The large trees out front were kept in place providing a beautiful depth and initial curb appeal. Approaching the front door, it will be noticed that the door is made up of heavy steel and glass, with beautiful brass handles and hardware.
This home is made for entertaining! The living, bar and kitchen space open up once walking through the door. The high ceilings flow up to a large glass window, and then continue outside to the backyard entertaining area. The media and entertainment built-ins are accented with brass light fixtures which contrast nicely to the blue backdrop in the TV and art panels.
The large double doors that open to the back yard lead to a huge cooking area and tiled patio. The cooking area has a full sink, grill, and plenty of serving room for large gatherings. Looking up reveals high, wood ceilings and a large outdoor fan able to move tons of air keeping the area comfortable year round. Also enjoyable is the large fireplace not only that provides heat during those cool winder nights, but a beautiful evening setting lighting up patio. Don’t forget the putter either, because this home sports a putting green.
The master amenities are just as luxurious as the entertaining ones. With large windows, high ceilings and having custom wood and chandelier, this master bedroom is fit for the relaxation it should induce. The bathroom has his and hers sinks, a large tub and glassed off shower. The bathroom is efficiently spaced as it the master closet. Going custom means the customer can focus on layout in the design process to focus square-footage on specific features over others.
Up the wood stairs along the custom iron railing opens up to another large entertaining area. A wet bar with refrigerator await topping the stairs for all the entertaining space available in the game room. This space also includes expansive windows facing west to pick up the beautiful sunsets and natural light. All of the guest rooms share the upstairs with the game room along with their own washer and dryer, laundry room space.
As with all of the builds Trinity Estate Homes produces, this one has energy efficiency in mind. Insulation and sealing in every detail leads to a cool home in the summer and a warm one in the winter. Additionally, this home uses every possible area for storage, maximizing total use of the square-footage of the build.
