Meet the Team

Troy Eschberger

With an impressive thirty plus years in the custom home business, Troy has a background in finance and over twenty years as a licensed real estate agent. He grew up in the Memorial area and resides in the very neighborhoods he builds in. His favorite part of the job is helping people achieve their dreams and seeing them come to life. You can find this father of two at the office, the open houses and job sites, and riding bikes on the bayous with John.

As the backbone of the family, Ron has been in the custom home construction industry since 1970. His incredible knowledge and love of customer service are just a couple of reasons customers smile each time he comes around. Ron is a great support to the team. He can be found in the background of projects handling warranties and right up front greeting you at the door.

John Yoder

Attention to detail is one of the top priorities to this Marine. John served four years for the Presidential Detail and brings those skills to the job site. He manages everything from bidding out the project to contracts and negotiations. His active listening and eagle eye observational skills make for astounding success and accuracy. John is a father of four who grew up and resides in the Memorial area to this day.
